Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates is an architectural planning and design firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our work ranges from programming, design, renovation, and expansion to campus and urban planning. We specialize in innovative, highly contextual work for academic, cultural, and institutional clients.

Since 1958, VSBA has contributed to shaping the course of contemporary design. From innovation in contextual design to the use of symbolism and iconography, VSBA's work has helped to expand concepts of what architecture can be.

Today, VSBA's principals and staff build on the philosophy established by its founders -- an ethic rooted in social planning, contextual design, and environmental responsibility -- to offer design that's sensitive, thoughtful, and humane.

Principals Nancy Rogo Trainer and Daniel McCoubrey, along with founding principals Robert Venturi and Denise Scott Brown, are supported by long-time associates and an energetic staff of designers.
